John has been a part of the Technical Staffing Industry since 1999. He joined Protingent (previously Techlink Northwest) in 2004 as a Technical Recruiter and quickly became a vital asset to the rapidly expanding company. After just two years in recruiting, John was promoted to Branch Manager to lead and develop a growing recruiting team. As the company continued to flourish, John advanced to Director of Recruiting and now serves as the Vice President of Recruiting, managing a team of 55 employees across the US and India. John is passionate about strategizing recruiting best practices and building efficient teams. He enjoys networking and cultivating relationships with IT and Engineering professionals. John loves playing golf and attending Mariners games outside of work and is a devoted Seahawks fan. His favorite pastime is spending time with his two children, Haley and JT.
