Tim has been part of Protingent since the beginning. Already a top-performing staffing account manager at another firm, Tim helped Donn clarify and execute his vision of a better tech staffing company. In addition to working with Donn on company strategy, he trains, mentors, and assists Protingent managers and recruiters. Over the years he has been responsible for bringing in some of Protingent’s top performers. His unique, tenacious style and attention to detail have earned him lasting relationships with engineers, managers, and high-tech companies. Tim is very much a people person. He loves helping Protingent people succeed, finding work for engineers, and going the extra mile for clients. He shares Donn’s love of music, and rounds out his off hours with skiing, swimming, and tennis.

“The best part of my position is to mentor new employees and watch them achieve their professional and personal goals.” Brent graduated from the University of Lethbridge based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, with a Bachelor of Management degree. He began his staffing career in 2003 as a Career Counselor at a technical college. Brent found his way to Protingent in 2005 when he started as a Junior Account Manager and succeeded in building a solid book of business with several enterprise clients. In 2014 Brent was promoted to management, an exciting opportunity to develop a young sales team. “I believe in the power of listening: to my team and customers.” In his spare time, Brent likes 4x4ing, loves music and concerts, and dabbles in real estate. Co-workers and friends think of Brent as a “Car Geek” since he stays updated on innovations and technology in the car industry.
