Redmond, WA – January 4, 2012 –Today, Protingent President, Donn Harvey accepted an appointment with the American Staffing Association on the technical, IT and scientific policy council.
Harvey joins 14 other staffing leaders from around the nation who advise the ASA board of directors on technical, IT and scientific sector specific issues, coordinate the section’s activities, and design resources to meet the unique business challenges faced by staffing firms in these sectors. The ASA relies on volunteer members to assist with strategic direction and to discuss industry initiatives and concerns.
“I am honored to be chosen to serve on the ASA policy council. Temporary staffing in the technology sector is growing rapidly and facing evolving regulatory and social change. This council will have a key role in helping define best practices for staffing firms and the ASA legislative agenda for technical issues,” said Harvey.
