You'll be responsible for the two major prongs of our business: the sales and
staffing of engineering talent. In carrying out sales, you'll develop, manage
and maintain relationships with companies within your assigned region, turning
these companies into valued clients. In carrying out the staffing
responsibility, you will recruit top engineering talent to fill the temporary
technical requirements of these valued clients.

Wide Array of Technical Talent
Engineers are what we're all about, and we provide the very best. When we hire
engineers, they become employees of Protingent Staffing, not of our clients,
nor of our franchisees. You'll help us recruit them, but we'll take care of
everything else, including their pay, vacations, health care benefits, 401(k)s,
and so forth. As a Protingent Staffing franchisee, your role will be to provide
clients with a wide array of these talented engineers.
