An automotive software vendor was growing faster than their ability to find talent. At a glance the skills they needed were common (C++ development), but they really needed people with experience in embedded systems. Generalist staffing firms were sending them a lot of unqualified people.

Starting with an initial group of three candidates hired, Protingent has now helped the client build a division of more than 15 people. This has enabled the client to build a solid team of developers and grow that division’s business from $2 million per year to $80 million per year in sales.
