Our corporate headquarters in Bellevue Washington provides engineering support to companies throughout the United States. Donn Harvey and Tim Bruce run Protingent Staffing - delivering the right people for the job.  Donn Harvey Prior to founding Protingent Staffing, Donn worked for over twelve years as a microwave and RF design engineer in the Aerospace Industry and six years as an engineering director and hiring manager at a fast growing telecommunications startup. He is very involved with the technical community, published a number of technical papers and delivered many technical presentations at industry conferences. He has four patents. As a hiring manager he was responsible for staffing and managing a number of engineering disciplines. Donn also spent a year as Director of Advanced Development where he  Donn has been an active IEEE member since 1981 volunteering many hours for the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S). He was past Chairman of the Seattle Section and the General Chairman of the 2002 International Microwave Symposium in Seattle, Washington. As General Chair he led a team of over 60 volunteers from local industry and academia to organize the symposium. The symposium takes place over 7 days with over 500 technical presentations and over 10,000 attendees. Donn has been on a number of technical program committees including the Wireless Workshop, GHz Interconnect Workshop and the Radio and Wireless Convention (RAWCON). In his spare time Donn plays the bass guitar with Hettel Street Blues, rides his dirt bike (KDX200) and his Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide. Donn is a licensed amateur radio operator (N9XXN), certified private pilot and a black belt in Shudokan karate.  Tim Bruce Tim is very well known in the Seattle area technical community and has developed strong relationships with the many engineers he has placed over the years and with the numerous high technology firms he has supported. Tim's unique, tenacious style, attention to detail and strong understanding of this business has given him a well earned reputation of respect in the industry. In past careers Tim has been a teacher and a business owner. He holds a B.Sc. from Lewis and Clark College.  Learn MORE about the staffing industry.
